A carpool-canvass team is a carload of volunteers who canvass together! Our carpool-canvass teams depart from the parking lot of Graul’s Market, 220 Mt. Carmel, Parkton, MD

If you don’t need a canvassing partner or a ride to the canvass launch site, meet us at the canvass launch site at 3703 Leyland Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 at 11:30
Itinerary
Above: our carpool-canvass team meet-up location in the parking lot of Graul’s. Look for us under the awning by the entrance to the pharmacy.
10:00 am: meet at the parking lot of Graul’s to organize into carpool-canvass teams: 220 Mt Carmel Rd, Parkton, MD 21120.
10:15 am: depart to the canvass launch site: 3703 Leyland Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050
11:30: pick up lists of voters’ names and addresses (“turfs”) and campaign literature at canvass launch site: 3703 Leyland Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050
12:30-3:30 pm: canvassing!
4:00 pm: Meet at the canvass launch site for carpools back to MD
5:00 pm: Arrive back at Graul’s: 220 Mt Carmel Rd, Parkton, MD 21120

What to bring
Smartphone with:
- a full battery!
- activated MiniVAn app (See Canvassing 101 Guide for all the links)
- an external phone charger (if you have one)
Walking shoes and weather-appropriate attire
Water, snacks and sunscreen
What to expect
- Using the Minivan app for lists and maps of addresses
- Walking up to 3-4 miles
- Talking to voters!
- 2 page flyer about the Saturday 11/2 canvass
- 2 page flyer about the Sunday 11/3 canvass
